My core expertise is derived from a myriad of management and executive positions I have previously held in both the private and public sectors, related primarily to:

Management and Sales, Credit Analysis, Federal Regulation/Oversight, Risk
Management.
  • Commercial Real Estate – Retail/Office Development, Property Management,
Leasing, Business Development, Contract Negotiation and Management.
  • Energy Sector – Oil, Gas and Alternate Fuels Landman: Title Research and Ownership
Verification, Regulatory Compliance, Contract Negotiation, Rights and Pooling Management and Collaboration with Geologists and Engineers.

focused teams, negotiating contracts and resolving high-stakes conflicts, I bring both compassion and clarity to the mediation process—helping you move forward with less conflict, lower costs, and greater peace of mind.conversations of their lives.

Professional Background

I am an actively engaged certified Mediator and Arbitrator. I also have many years of experience as a senior leader for the largest Financial Services Technology provider in the United States. The blend of mediation, arbitration and professional experience enables me to facilitate a strategic and nuanced approach to mediation, ensuring
discussions remain productive and focused on achieving positive results. 

  • Meditation – I actively mediate family cases for the Montgomery County Dispute Resolution Center and for private parties.
  • Arbitration – I am an Arbitrator for the Federal Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) and No Surprised Act (NSA). I have completed numerous arbitration between insurance and healthcare providers under the NSA federal guidelines. I am also a certified FINRA (Financial Institution Regulatory Authority) Arbitrator and a certified Texas Insurance Arbitrator for Disaster Claims.
  • Financial Services – I have over 30 years of senior-level executive experience leading Product, Business Development, Strategic Alliance and Client Relations teams supporting financial services technology providers and their financial institution clients.

Credentialed through the Texas Mediator Credentialing Association, I’ve completed advanced training in family mediation, arbitration, parenting coordination, and conflict resolution. With a double major from the University of Houston and certifications in divorce coaching, negotiation, and financial literacy, I bring a well-rounded, practical approach to every case.
